We operate on a "Tiered" model. By pre-selecting the best value for performance components in bulk, we can negotiate lower prices with manufacturers and pass those savings directly to you. No. We do not use proprietary connections or non-standard form factors (like you might find in big-box prebuilts from Dell or HP).

While we do use our own Fibatech branded cases and fans to give your build a unique look, these components adhere to strict industry standards (ATX, mATX, standard PWM fan headers, etc.). This means your system is 100% upgradeable. You can swap out our fans, case, or motherboard for any off the shelf part in the future without issue.
We strive to use the exact brands listed, but due to supply chain fluctuations, we may occasionally substitute a component (like RAM or specific GPU brand) with an equivalent or better part from a major manufacturer. We never downgrade performance.
Yes, every Fibatech System ships with Windows 11 Home (or Pro, if selected) pre-installed, fully updated, and activated.
We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee starting from the day you receive your PC. Please note that returns for reasons other than hardware defects may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and labor costs.
The most common reason for this is plugging the HDMI/DisplayPort cable into the wrong port. Make sure you plug your monitor directly into the Graphics Card (GPU) ports (usually the horizontal slots lower down on the back), NOT the Motherboard ports (the vertical ones near the USBs).
Did you screw in the antennas? Your accessory box contains two "bunny ear" antennas. These must be screwed into the gold connectors on the back of the PC for WiFi and Bluetooth to function properly.
We include the power cable for the PC. We do not include HDMI or DisplayPort cables, as those typically come with your monitor.
That is Insta-Pak foam, designed to keep your GPU from snapping during shipping. Before turning the PC on, remove the side glass panel, gently pull the foam bag out, and then replace the panel.
Since our builds are pre-configured, we can assemble them faster than traditional custom shops. Typically, orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. During peak seasons (Holidays, Black Friday), this may extend slightly. You will receive a tracking number the moment your label is created.
Currently, we only ship to the contiguous United States.
This means your PC has finished the build and testing phase and is packed for pickup! Sometimes, the carrier (UPS/FedEx) takes 24 hours to scan the package into their system after pickup.
Yes we do! While in our Cart Page, you can choose to add shipping insurance to your Custom PC which will cover damage, loss, or theft while in delivery transit. Insured with InsureShield Shipping Insurance by UPS Capital.
We use expanding foam packing inside the case to protect your heavy components. However, shipping accidents can happen. If your box arrives with visible damage, please take photos immediately and contact our support team at Support@Fibatechsystems.com within 48 hours.
We offer a 1 Year Parts and 3 Years Labor warranty. This covers any hardware failure that isn't caused by accidental damage or user error. If a part dies of its own accord, we replace it.

No. We support the "Right to Repair." You are free to open your case to clean dust or add storage. However, if you damage a component while modifying the system (e.g., bending CPU pins while changing a cooler), that specific damage is not covered.
Fibatech Systems warrants that the computer system will be free from defects in hardware materials and workmanship. If a hardware component fails during the applicable coverage period, we will repair or replace the defective component and stress-test the system to ensure functionality.
The warranty does not cover:

- Software: Operating systems, drivers, third-party applications, or malware.
- Physical Damage: Damage resulting from accidents, liquid spills, drops, or power surges.
- Cosmetic Issues: Scratches, dents, or normal wear and tear.
- External Peripherals: Monitors, keyboards, mice, or other accessories not installed by Fibatech Systems.
- Unauthorized Commercial Use: Continuous high-load applications (e.g., cryptocurrency mining, server hosting) are excluded unless explicitly authorized in writing.
1.) Customers must first contact Fibatech Support. We will request assistance with basic hardware troubleshooting to validate the defect. Note: Support is limited to hardware validation; we do not provide software technical support.
2.) RMA Issuance: If a hardware defect is confirmed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued.
3.) Return Shipping: The system must be securely packaged in its original box with the RMA number clearly visible.
Days 1–15: Fibatech Systems provides prepaid shipping labels for both directions (Contiguous U.S. only).
Day 16–Year 1: The Customer is responsible for shipping to Fibatech Systems; we cover the return shipping cost.
Years 2–3 (Labor Only): The Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Yes. The Customer is solely responsible for backing up all data prior to service. Fibatech Systems accepts no liability for data loss. Storage drives may be sanitized (wiped) or replaced during the repair process to ensure system stability.
If a system is returned for service and diagnostic testing determines the hardware is functioning within specifications (e.g., the issue is caused by software, drivers, or user configuration), a $79.00 diagnostic fee plus return shipping costs will apply. This fee covers the labor required to test, validate, and repackage the system.
No. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
